Fizzy drinks. - May 17th 2012, 05:06 PM

I've been keeping a food diary (obviously I won't post it here as people may find it triggering) and I've gathered that most of my calories come from fizzy drinks.

I don't like drinking a lot of water I also don't like squash. What could I drink with flavour but less calories?

Fruit juices...?

Another thing I do quite a lot, is make myself about 2 litres of tea in the morning (any make or flavour you like), wait for it to cool, and drink that throughout the day. Drinking fruit juices every day all day ain't always healthy either, plus it can get expensive. Iceland (don't know if you have in Wales) sells good quality 2 litre fruit juices at 1.50 each.

"I don't care about politics"
Then politics doesn't care about you either. Truth. You've got to make your voice heard, if you want to be listened to. But that's too logical for some people, so let me go a step further. Not making your voice heard, leaves other people free to hijack it by speaking on your behalf, even if they don't actually give a shit about you. That's politics. So, make your voice heard. That's not a quote from anywhere. That's just me.

Flavoured water was always good. For me they took some time to get used to, but eventually I did and they became my favourite drinks. What about Italian sodas? You can always get those without the cream, and a tiny bit less flavouring. That's what I do- except.. I put more flavouring in. I know you don't like drinking water, but you really should be drinking more of it. You you drink more water and less pop, then you're getting more of a balance. I also would suggest drinking flavoured tea.

Flavoured water may be a good step I like Vitamin Water so I probably will like cheaper brands.

The only juice I like is orange and I'm allergic to oranges
