okay, yesterday i weigh myself because it was ages since ive done it. I was pretty sure i was about [EDIT], but it turns out im [EDIT]pounds! i refuse to believe thats right. Im 5'2 5'3 i used to be [EDIT] pounds like 4 yrs ago,. I dont look [EDIT]pounds. is that normal? I love the way i look right now. I dont have any eating disorders or anything like that i do watch my calories but i dont starve myself and i dont eat any fattening foods such as flour, bread, candy, pop .But im worried that is unhealthy. please help!

Hey Lucy,

It's great that you like the way you look, and as long as you're happy and eating healthily then it shouldn't be a problem However, please bear in mind that weight figures and sizes shouldn't be posted on TH, as they may be triggering to some users.

Maybe eating such regular meals has affected your metabolism and helped you lose a little weight? Please don't skip any meals though - it's not a great idea and you will miss out on vitamins, minerals and nutrients which are needed in a healthy diet. Remember you need carbohydrates and some fats and sugars, and even if you get them in your noon meal, you should eat them again in your evening meal.
