Sleepy head - June 15th 2012, 04:48 PM

My boyfriend is ALWAYS tired! He is busy a lot and does work out all the time, but I still think he is abnormally tired! He can literally fall asleep anywhere! Lights on, lights off, sitting up, laying down, and it only takes him about 3 seconds to all asleep after his eyes close! It's ridiculous! We'll be talking and he'll fall asleep! Also, he twitches a lot in his sleep.
Is this all normal?

If you need anything, feel free to pm me!
Have an amazing day!

Well, it's not really "normal", but it's not uncommon. I don't think we really have enough information here to know why he'd be this way though. If you're concerned, get him to go to the doctor.
Edit: Maybe he's just working too hard.

I wouldn't be to hugely concerned, but it is possible he has mono, a thyroid problem etc, so if it is severe, he should see a doctor, but otherwise it is just possible he doesn't sleep enough. He might be like me where I can go off of 4-5 hours of sleep a night (or NOT sleep one night, get and get 4-6 hours for the next few days etc, what ever combination of "not enough sleep" it is) and as long as I am doing stuff such as going to school, working, studying, talking to people etc, no one would hugely notice, but eventually I'll crash.
