Best methods to just get kind of fit? - June 18th 2012, 01:14 AM

Okay, I hadn't weighed myself in a very long time, but when I did the other day I realized I've put on ten pounds. :/ I'm relatively slender, and I used to be really insecure about it because people would always accuse me of being annorexic, and I took that as people telling me I looked sickly. But yeah, I'm pretty thin and it seems that I've just developed this pudge on my stomach mostly maybe a liiittle bit everywhere else.

I usually put weight on and on pretty fast, but essentially, I don't want to lose too much. How should I keep it in balance?

Hi there

Do you do much exercise? If not, find something that you enjoy doing (walking, swimming, sports) and give it a go a few times a week.

A balanced diet is also important-finding a happy medium with what you eat.

I hope this helps a bit.
