I HATE sleeping? - September 1st 2012, 03:33 AM

Sleeping is such a waste of time. Like its like being dead for a few hours I hate it soooooo much

Sleeping is good for you because your body relaxes and the things you do in life that's allot of work you just need rest. Your body needs it. Don't be afraid. It is like being dead but think of it this way it doesn't look like your being dead when your breathing in and out. You have nothing to worry about. People need to rest their whole body. Everything is going to be alright. Have you ever talk to someone about this?

Sleeping is vital, and I'd recommend not trying to stay awake all night.
If you do, you'll end up not being able to sleep, which brings consequences generally related to sleep-deprivation.

And believe me, insomnia is horrible.

I used to feel the same. I barely used to sleep and it made me feel like shit. I remember not sleeping for a night, drank 4-5 cans of red bull and I had a panic attack. Don't do it.
