The best and most healthy way to use weight is through proper diet and exercise. Take in the recommended calorie amount for your sex and age, and exercise for maybe 30-60 minutes a few times a week.
You are very young, though. So if you're serious about losing weight, you should probably see a doctor to ask about it. You need a lot of energy, protein, and vitamins at your age in order to grow. And remember that it's natural to gain weight while going through puberty as your body grows and shapes, it's perfectly healthy and it's nothing to worry about. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or worries about it.

All weight numbers are edited from TeenHelp no matter how you put them. Nice try, though.

Adding onto what Louise all ready has said (which was all very good advice!) -
You might want to try strength training instead of weight loss. This will gain you muscle, giving you the tight/athletic appearance. If you want to lose weight then start strength training, this is good as well. But I have personally had trouble losing weight, then maintaining it with only exercising to LOSE weight. It usually comes back. So now I am strength training and exercising (jogging) to lose weight. This is considered "cross-training". Now instead of only jogging, I jog, bike, lift weights, do cardio, etc. I switch it up at least once a week and workout 3-5 times a week, depending on my schedule.

One thing to help me workout is doing it when I first get up and I'm still in the half-asleep phase. I barely have time to think "Ugh, I don't want to" and I'm all ready out the door. By time I finish my run, I'm finally awake and ready for some coffee and to continue on with my day.

Same as Louise, feel free to PM me as well!

So, I'm going to ask what noone else seems to have - why are you going to get your phone taken away if you go below that weight? I don't feel comfortable giving out weight loss advice if it seems like we're not being told something important here.

They asked how they can get down to a weight that was agreed upon. Any lower and the phone gets taken away. Also, the weight loss options presented here are HEALTHY. It is quite hard to get too skinny with the suggestions here as most offer building muscle instead of actually getting rid of the weight.

Just wanted to clarify.

Oh that's because my mom said I could lose weight, but she doesn't want me under a certain number. It's fine, I'm healthy I'm not trying to do anything dangerous.

Well!!!
Some of the useful weight loss tips are:
Drink plenty of water
Stay away from fried, spicy foods
Do exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes
Apart from these weight loss tips, pure acai berry would be the best option to lose weight considerably.

Actually, spicy foods help boost your metabolism. They make it speed up. Source Page 7.

So by all means, eat spicy if your stomach can handle it!

As for acai berry, there is no science behind it, yet. They have just been promoting it to do so. However, it has been proven to help aid against certain diseases.
