A week before my period my breasts swell up a cup size bigger than normal. I prefer them like this SO much more. Is there anyway for me to make this last? From my understanding it's hormones so is there any way I can imitate that effect by taking certain supplements ext..

Hi, Hannah!

Yep, the hormones can increase the size and ALSO increase soreness/tenderness. I'm sorry but I'm not really sure about how to make them stay this way.

Remember that natural is good.

Sadly no, there isn't a way to make it stay.
Instead you should work on being happy with your cup size as it is normally. Personally, I like that mine are pretty small because they don't get in the way.

And here you are living, despite it all.
