Passing out and Light headed - April 9th 2013, 01:16 AM

In the past couple of months I have been having moments when I get very light headed. I have passed out two different times so far, which has never happened to me before. I am wondering if stress could possibly cause this? I have been under added stress lately and do not handle stress well at all. On top of that I have been having more severe and frequent panic attacks as well that have been preventing me from sleeping, so I have also been sleep deprived as well. I may sleep 2-4 hours a night and sometimes get more if I sleep during the day after class.

Consult a doctor, because your sleep deprivation and panic attacks are probably causing you to pass out, and anytime you pass out, it's not a good thing.

Sorry I couldn't be there, I was tied to a rocking chair.

You should probably talk to a doctor about this. Passing out so frequently is not a very good sign.
Good luck! I hope everything gets better.

Maybe your passing out is simply lack of sleep. It happened to me once, I had an exam and couldn't sleep nearly the entire night. I must've fallen asleep for an hour or so, that's it. On the day of the exam (next morning), my mum woke me up. I got out of bed and went towards the washroom. I passed out while going. It was basically me falling asleep :P :$ My brother was there so I didn't fall.
Nevertheless, contact your doctor. One can never be too sure.

Don't judge me because I sin differently from you.
