Arrow more exercises - April 12th 2013, 01:52 PM

Lately I've been trying to get more and more exercise than usual, which is walking around school so since today was a snow day, I exercised for an hour and a half.
I got 150 jumping jacks done
160 sit ups
almost 400 mason twists
and about 60 planks

I was going to do more but my shoulder started to complain so I needed to stop.
I'm trying to loos weight(especially on my thighs and stomach) And was wondering if there are any other exercises I could do for variety.

Squats are really helpful for your butt/legs
Push ups are good for your core

I don't really know exactly. You can get the best effect when you do these kinds of exercises in a routine, and do 12-15 in a row. You can google different exercise routines, or youtube them. Theres a lot of them on youtube that have people teaching you how to do them. They also do them in a way that is best to burn fat (training different muscles at certain times)
