What Could This Be? - June 2nd 2013, 05:24 PM

Hey guys,

Lately I've been feeling like this:

*slowed down
*frequent heart palpitations (heart speeds up or beats irregularly)

A lot of times I feel like this too:

*like a can't remember stuff well, or I forget things quickly
*things feel really challenging to start or finish

These feelings have been happening for awhile, and I've tried a lot of stuff to help, but I'm not really sure what the biggest things that will help me are. I'd love to feel back to my old self!

Got any ideas on what could be up with me? Or things that could help me feel better?

I'd recommend bringing these symptoms to a doctor. It could be psychological, such as a mental illness, or something physical, but we're not doctors, so we unfortunately can't diagnose anything. Googling your symptoms will probably come up with something extreme and unrealistic, so I really do recommend you see a professional.
