Getting used to the water? - July 1st 2013, 04:29 PM

Hey guys, so I just officially moved from Manitoba to London Ontario and I think the water is bugging my stomach.

What I want to know is how long does it usually take to get used to the water, and what foods can I eat to help with...the well loseness

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.
How much you can take, and keep moving forward.
PM me if you need to talk about ANYTHING.

Hey, for me it usually takes from a few days or a week to get used to the water I would suggest you just eat healthily, so eat plenty of fruit and vegetables

I'm here if anyone wants to talk, I'm always here. Feel free to VM or PM me
