Skinny guy is a Problem? Need help... - May 30th 2017, 01:19 PM

Hi, Everyone... I need urgent help... I am Robert and from the last few years I tried to gain weight but nothing works for me. I even joined Gym, eat a lot, and use many methods to gain weight But, unfortunately, nothing works for me. I also searched a lot on the internet and used several disgusting methods but none of those methods helps me out. So, if you could help me then, I am grateful to you.

Hi RobertBanker

I have checked your Profile Picture and you didn't look Skinny. If you are not same as the Picture or you're more skinny then, your Profile Picture than, you use this method to gain. I don't how much or what type of food you had to eat. Just follow these instruction. Basically, If you want to gain weight then you should eat alot.

It doesn't mean that you need to eat like a Animal but you just need to eat in meals. Like if you eat 3-4 times a day then, now you need to eat 6-7 meals a Day.

Also, I recommend you to don't eat any supplements to gain weight until or unless you're feed up of gaining weight Naturally. So, Eat more as you can but eat high Calories food. Here are the Food list...

1.oatmeal
2.fruits
3.whole grain cereal and bread
4.pasta
5.brown rice
6.vegetables like corn, broccoli and green beans
7.Snacking on pretzels
8.legumes like lima beans, kidney beans, soybeans and chick peas.
9. Meat
10. fish
11. Turkey & chicken

These are the Food you need to Eat and you should at least intake more than [Edited] calories. Note you need to at least intake [Edited] calories for minimum 3 weeks to get better results. Also you can read more The ONE THING that Skinny Guys Don’t Know About the Best Diet to Gain Muscle Mass – MuscleBuilding PRO may be these helpful for you... And eat in balance diet and don't gyming a lot. There is a Ratio of Diet & gym which 70% diet and 30 % gym. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NR6ysjEeJvI

I hope it helps you....

I'm wondering why you feel the need to gain weight? If you are a healthy weight and there is nothing medically wrong with you, and you feel it's more about how you feel about your body, I would advise against trying to gain weight. Instead, try to accept your body and perhaps look into counselling to help you gain body confidence.

If you are underweight, then it's best that you consult with your doctor or dietician about how to gain weight safely. There may also be medical reasons as to why you find it difficult to gain weight.

Try making sure that you are eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep and exercise and keeping yourself hydrated and not worry so much about gaining weight.
