Anybody feel weakness..? - July 14th 2017, 12:30 PM

hello friends,
is it good to ignore when anybody feel weakness for his health..?
if it isn't good then please reply what can do for it.

Hey there,

It's better to listen to your body rather than ignore it. But at the same time it does depend on what kind of 'weakness' you are referring to.

Illnesses like colds, or small injuries like bruises or a paper cut don't need to be treated and will get better on their own, with time.

But other things like flu, severe back, chest or head pain, and any suspected broken or fractured injuries do need to be treated.

If you are in pain, and things don't seem to be getting better, or the pain gets worse, it's best that you get checked out a hospital or with your doctor.
