It depends on the type of weakness. There's this thing I get where I get nauseous and hot and dizzy and feel weak, and when I get that I eat sugary foods like a small amount of candy or fruit or I drink orange juice.

Fruits are good for giving energy in general.

It definitely depends on the type of weakness. Some weakness can be due to a drop in blood sugar and then the person needs to eat something with sugar. I know for low blood sugar there are tablets you can get that are supposed to help but I don't remember what they are called. I just know my mom used to have hypoglycemia really bad to the point that she would pass out and her doctor told her about the tablets.

I usually just take a nap.

Not in front of the TV, half-sitting up.

A proper brief nap. About 15 to 30 minutes of "off time", lying down, eyes closed.

I usually feel this "heavy weakness" that you describe after a large meal, or a meal that has too much sugar in it like pancakes.

"I don't care about politics"
Then politics doesn't care about you either. Truth. You've got to make your voice heard, if you want to be listened to. But that's too logical for some people, so let me go a step further. Not making your voice heard, leaves other people free to hijack it by speaking on your behalf, even if they don't actually give a shit about you. That's politics. So, make your voice heard. That's not a quote from anywhere. That's just me.
