i stopped smoking.. but - August 9th 2017, 08:45 PM

well i have gone 4 years without a cigarette but i wonder about the e cigarettes as i have had reaction such as coff and hiccup when using them and even when not using them. The doctor seemed sure i have nothing to worry about though, as i had seen on TV that it could be sign of lung disease or cancer even
but are the e cigarettes a good idea afterall or are we better stopping using them too? my first impression was they were fun and pleasant with no harm but now i start to doubt

The main problem with e-cigarettes is that they are new and so not much research has taken place as to whether there are harmful side effects and long term effects.

It's unlikely that you would've developed lung disease or cancer so soon. Coughing and hiccupping may just be irritation, rather than anything serious, especially if your doctor doesn't seem concerned.

E-cigarettes are often seen as a safer alternative to traditional cigarette and tobacco products, and may even be used as a way of giving up cigarettes. It's up to you whether to continue using them or not, but there's no harm in chatting with your doctor or pharmacist to get a professional opinion.

First thing first, they're not harmless. Neither is coffee. That's how i quit smoking and i swear by it but it's not completely harness. But if you're buying from a fas station i strongly suggest a proper vape shop as gas station brands are often questionable and more dangerous you your health yam better quality products.
