Sleep talking - March 31st 2018, 10:08 PM

People keep saying I keep screaming in my sleep. Not like shrieking, but just saying random phrases really loud. Basically, what the fuck? And why?

Hi. I do the same thing, it's not really anything to be worried about, it's more common than you think. A lot of people do this in their sleep. Once, my mom was walking past my room and she said I was talking in complete sentences but I was sleeping xD

1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.

We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

I do this too and, as Court said, it's not as uncommon as you think! I sometimes wake myself up talking out loud and it takes me a minute to figure out whether or not I actually said something in my sleep. Once, not too long ago, my mom came in to wake me up and I was signing in my sleep.

Our subconscience is a strange thing, dreams are a strange thing, and sometimes it spreads into our verbal spoken words. Don't worry about it, really!

It is common and there are a ton of reasons as to why. We don't remember all our dreams so it's possible that you are doing it while dreaming about something upsetting. I talk in my sleep all the time. There have been a few times I have woken up laughing.

It is pretty common it's just some people do it more than others.
