Re: Keep the Energy all Day -

I keep as busy as possible, and when I'm not pounding at the keyboard at work, rather than sit there and fall asleep like I want to do, I play on my ipad or phone, read, or write to keep myself awake. I do take two chew-able multi vitamins for women daily, but they don't really help if I'm not busy. Exercise is also a big thing, rather than stay at my desk for break or lunch I get up and walk around, to keep the "blood flowing".
Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

Hi, honestly I have the same problem, just feel tired all the time. Of course an active lifestyle helps a lot but some times it's just not enough, we need to help our body. There are supplements like creatine and protein, even fish oil.
Also upgraded coffe really helps a lot, you should try it, here's more info. https://www.vigorfield.com/online-st...of-coffee.html

I try to keep myself moving around as much as possible and keeping myself busy from the time I have my breakfast to the time I shut off the TV or computer in the evening. I drink plenty of water to keep myself hydrated and try my best to eat appropriately portioned meals to keep the metabolism going. I try to restrict caffeine intake, as that actually makes you more tired and can lead to health issues later on.
The natural way to do things is the best and safest, remember that!
