I know what you mean. Though I am sort of the oposite with sleep. It may be because of oversleeping. Or weird sleep patters. Try to get a sleep pattern going. One that orks with school, as well as weekends. I find that that helps.

Well, maybe you're sleeping, but you're mind isn't relaxed and getting the rest it needs. Try turning off the computer/tv/bright lights at least an hour before your usual bedtime. Then, get in bed, grad a good book or magazine or something, and read for a while. Then go to bed. This helps the mind settle, and helps let your brain know that its time to wind down.

Good Luck!

Hey there.
Try setting your self a set sleeping pattern and continue you that, so your body knows where it's up too.
Don't go on games/computer too late before sleep.
Try to relax before you go too sleep.

And maybe the fitness thing is a lack of motivation i'm the same, it feels like i have no engery but i just need to motivate my self.
Give your self a Reward for doing excersise.

Take care.

It might be due to oversleeping. It also could be due to your eating habits.

Just make sure you're getting enough sleep, that you are eating, and that you are not over-exercising. If you exercise too much, you won't have much energy, especially is you are not eating right.
