This post definitely helps normalize what people go through during menopause, which is good. There definitely needs to be more understanding of the topic and it needs to be discussed more without fear.

thats not what menopause is... he doesnt know what he is talking about. Menopause significanrly reduces estrogen levels and that is what produces many of the symptoms.
Men have reduced testosterone as they age, which can result in "manapause" and increased irritability for seniors in some cases, but men absolutely do not experience anything like true menopause.Biologically, it is just not possible. It is specific to women. |
