I think a lot of people's health problems are based off of lived experiences. Chronic stress is a HUGE factor in health conditions because of the hormones that are involved. Then there's issues like food deserts and poverty which prevent people from performing healthy activities such as getting fruits and veggies, and it can even be hard to take walks if you're not in a safe neighborhood!
