Question dont have much time please help me - January 19th 2009, 03:38 PM

alright im not exactly sure where this would fit but anyways i am 17 years old and i weight XXX i wanna loose XXXX by april 24 which is my prom does anyone have any ideas on how to do it any meal plans or exercize plans that are free i need all the helpi can get thanks

okay, well one thing, this doesnt go under relationships.
but anyways.
dont go on any crash diets or anything the tv sells you. maybe just slowly change your diet. like eat less sweets, more vegetables, excerise a bit more everyday. remember to stick to your plan. watch what youre eating, read the labels.

though i dont know why you want to lose weight. XXX at 17 yrs old seems like a reasonable weight to me. but hey, what do i know, i havent been 17 yrs old yet. as long as your proportioned and all. right?

edit: oh wait...this isnt under realtionships is it?...why do i have a feeling i found it there then?

The best way to know whether or not you're at a healthy weight and what you should do in terms of staying/getting healthy is to contact your doctor, they will always provide you with the best information. Also there are alraedy the following threads that you can check out:

Also like to add, no snacking either...it's habit I used to have when I was bored and it doesn't do your body a lot of good weight wise.

In terms of snacking, it's actually good for you to snack several times a day, but in turn your portions and meals sizes should be smaller, rather than big meals on top of several snacks.

and to make your snacks healthy
thats right, no jaffa cakes or crisps
fruit is best
and you could try going running every morning?
