Rash?? - January 19th 2009, 05:55 PM

My son got a rash on his face a couple weeks ago. It might be dry skin or something. I don't know.
Well 2 days ago my boyfriend got this rash thing on his back? Its about the size of a quarter and it crusted over. I have NO idea what it is and he wont go in to the doctors. We BOTH have been tested for STDs so I know its not that. But what could it be? I couldn't find a rash identification anywhere on the web. He doesn't seem to have a fever or be sick or anything. I'm just worried :[. He also has a skin problem where he has a lot of cysts. But it doesn't look like a cyst and its not raised. It has redness around it too..

Is there any way you can take a picture and post it on here? That might be helpful.
It could be because of the cold but I don't know. If you're really worried about it I'd go see a doctor.

Could it be an allergic reaction to something? Food, laundry detergent, anything really? Does he drink enough water? Was he outside a lot?

Could your boyfriend have a boil or a pimple? Could your boyfriend be scratching the spot to make it word?

I don't think so but maybe. And no allergic reactions would look completttley different. Its not raised[ as i said before i'm pretty sure ] and he might of scratch it and made it worse. I don't know :[
