An expensive waste.

The world needs GM crops to feed everyone - fewer crops are lost to disease, you can grow more food. Animals should be free range though.
There have also been no reputable scientific studies saying GM food is unhealty

I don't really see a problem with going organic. As always, though, when you decide to change your eating habits, you should consult with a doctor.

Expensive. I can see the benefits of going organic on dairy and meat because of health concerns as well as organic beauty products if you got money to spare, but conventional and genetically modified fruits and veggies are just fine to me.

Plus, my wallet is a little small right now. Ask me later =P

It would be pricey, because everything is so much more expensive when it's organic.

^ That is true. I researched organic foods and GM foods, and there is no evidence. It's said that organic food is growing in popularity because it's just another 'healthy' fad.

But if you're going to switch to organic, that's fine too. As long as you maintain a healthy diet. :]

If you can afford to spend the extra money on organic, I say go for it!
I personally love organic cookies and fruit, if I could afford it I would probably buy nothing but organic.

Thanks for your opinions. I am actually considering it for when I become a mother. I like the idea of giving my child a very healthy start. And I know that studies do not show that GM foods are unhealthy, I just like that idea of having that extra security when it comes to my child's health.

Become a very rich mother, then

If I were you, I would, like I said, buy normal fruits and veggies but organic meat and dairy. I think it could make more of a difference to baby in those food groups.
