I think Bonjela is the one that clears that. It works pretty well, the taste is another matter...

Vitamin C will help heal it quickly.
If you can't get the tablet forms, try oranges and various fruits...

As for soothing it, well try not to rub it against your teeth or things you eat.
I've heard honey helps, but not tried it for myself. Worth a shot.

Go to your local pharmacist/chemist and ask them for the best remedies.

When stop eating sweets for a short while they tend to clear up.
You could go to your doctors..sometimes a few ulcers that may be reoccuring can be symptomatic of gingervitis (i'm not doc, it's probably unlikely but just to make you aware)
I heard gargling with salt was also a good way to go.
oh and maybe take some paracetomol for pain..that'll relieve it a little.
Have a look at this website? These are 2 pretty good and reliable websites.

My head is so noisy sometimes.
