whats a healthy weight - February 1st 2010, 11:29 PM

im 15 and as for as long as i can remeber i have been called fat now its really getting to me im walking all the time and im considering going to the doctor and seeing if there is some medication to help me i eat healthy most of the time (has been holidays so a few naughty treats) i do exercise everyday i walk at least 5 km. i weight [Edited by Asylum] and am roughly 166cm tall. does anyone know what range this is for body faT? AND IF I SHOULD GO TO THE DOCTORS AND ASK? this is starting to take its toll on me advise please.

You should talk to your doctor about what a "healthy" weight is, because it really is different for everyone. Sometimes, one's weight doesn't show how healthy they are, but how healthily they eat and how they exercise and such.

just keep at what your doing.
All i do is sports; run; workout; etc.
Just keep active and eat healthy.
You'll be great
