Mouth ulcers :( - February 11th 2010, 07:33 PM

I always get them when I get a cold for some reason I have one on my gum (near my bottom lip) which is massive it's sooo painful, I didn't even know they could get that painful >.> My dad told me to put salt on it, which I did but it hurt like a bitch. How can I get rid of it quickly? I find it hard to talk with it.

Go to your pharmacist and buy Bonjela, its a miracle worker! Its a gel and you only take a pea sized amount and put it on your ulcer and it numbs the pain and puts a protective layer on it xx

Razors pain you
Rivers are damp
Acid stains you
Drugs cause cramp
Guns aren't lawful
Nooses give
Gas smells awful
You might as well live.

I just had some tea which hurt it, so I'm guessing it's doing something I'll ask my dad to get me some Bonjela tomorrow OMG I just tried to see how bit it really is in the mirror, but had to push my lip down with my finger to see it OMG that hurt >____<

The salt helps for me a lot. I used to get about four to eight every month and was really suffering. Yes, it hurt A LOT but got rid of them quicker!

i find that iglu works better than bonjela.. but they're both essentially the same thing. so yeah, buy some of that and keep your mouth moist, if your mouth gets all dry it'll be more painful. hope it heals up soon.
