Pounding headache - February 3rd 2009, 03:03 AM

Last night at work, I had a pounding headache and my feet were aching. I deduced the feet problem to my work shoes and I'm getting insoles for those, but my head is still pounding and today I had some minor chest pain that keeps going between throat and chest and just generally feeling lethargic. I did have some stomach cramps, but they've cleared up now.

I'm wondering what's going on?

You might want to get that checked out. Those symptoms can all be commonly caused by air pollution, though. I get them too, and the air where I live is pretty polluted.
Hope it works out for you!

make sure you're drinking enough water so you're not dehydrated. other than that, all i can suggest is resting and maybe getting some sleep? if your symptoms persist for a while you might wanna get advice from a medical professional, although it sounds to me like something which will pass. i hope your feeling better soon!

If over the counter pain medications don't make the pain go away, or if a rash begins to appear on your back, chest, or arms, see a doctor as soon as possible.
