Exercise - April 26th 2010, 08:29 PM

We all know that some kind of exercise is important. How often do you work out and what kind of exercise do you do?

I like yoga, running, kickboxing and swimming, but I don't do them often enough.

Walking is also a great way to keep in shape.

Walk wherever you can, and take some music to motivate you.

I go to the gym once a week as well.

I absolutely love exercise. I go to the gym twice a week and do the elliptical and do weights. I also walk just about everywhere I go. It gives you a great opportunity to think and ponder, and its so good for you. I started working out and eating really well and I have lost 30 pounds so far just from that. Even walking from class to class is a great way to stay in shape.

Well, I love the gym.

I do 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the elyptical, 10 reps of all the circut machines (they more on different parts of your muscles) .. five minutes of walking on the treadmill for a cool down, then stretches.

3 hours of athletics per week, and a lot of walking. lol xD

I normally walk to college and back about 4 times a day and I walk the dog for about 2 hours a day. Plus on the weekend I go horse riding.

I walk a mile and a half to and then from work a couple times a week.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I go to the gym and lift for an hour intensely.
On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings before classes I go for about 20-30 minutes of lighter lifting.

I'm in pretty damn good shape right now .
