2 Questions - February 11th 2009, 08:21 PM

1. Well i have like a dark kind of skin or should i say Tan and it's doing my bloody head in i want like pale white skin i'm just wondering how to get the Tan off but in a quicker kind of way ?

2. What is the best and easiest way to loose weight ?

If you were born with darker skin, there really isn't anything you can do about changing that. Also, we are unable to provide you with any "best/ easiest" ways to loose weight. Weight loss needs to be gradual and healthy, and should always be approved by your doctor. Eating a healthier diet and exercise will always be the best way to loose weight, but not without speaking to a doctor about the healthiest weight for your body type and age.

1. Skin color isn't going to go away. If you were born with dark skin, you'll always have dark skin. Embrace it and love yourself. :]
2. You need to talk to your doctor about ways to lose weight and which ways are the best for you. The safest way is exercise and eating healthy and it's a gradual process.

There's nothing you can do about skin colour, make up may lighten it a little but thats about it. Why don't you like your skin colour if you don't mind me asking...?
There's no easy way to lose weight, it takes time and a lot of will power especially if you want to lose alot and as someone mentioned above, talk to your doctor about it first.

1. The best you can do is have a bath in white paint or use a white blanket. If you have a dark skin, you're staying like that. The exception is if you have a skin disorder where you do become white, such as the famous one I believe Michael Jackson has.

2. Do cardio, including running, jogging, etc... . Sweat it out and then eat proteins and healthier foods. Also, watch how much you're eating versus how much you exercise. This too won't happen very fast, and even something as drastic as liposuction is only temporary, you have to keep at it.

Hey,

Here's the answers to your questions:

1. Some people this tan is basically natural. I myself, I'm half native so I'm naturally darker which is good in my view but to some people it's not. So, there isn't really anyway of getting rid of it. Then again, if you don't want to get anymore tanned try and stay away from pro-longed periods in the sun, tanning beds e.t.c.

2. I don't know if your a male or a female so it's gonna vary. Teen Help prevents me from putting a diet/work-out regimen online so if you want you can sign up for my forums and I'll post it to you, or you can PM me/e-mail me. My forums are in the sig and my e-mails on my profile. But basically lot's of cardio, proper eating: No proccessed or fast foods e.t.c. consult your doctor before getting on a diet plan or work-out routine. I would also take a multi-vitamin to help fix your metabolism (9/10 over-weight people have literally slowed their metabolism to a crawl) Eat every three hours of SMALL PORTIONED MEALS to avoid going into 'starvation' mode which will keep all the calorie intake, in you as fat.
