Why did you quit?

What I would suggest to start back is with eating do so SLOWLY. If you eat too much you will get sick (depending on how long you have gone without food. This is because your body has gotten out of the habit of processing it.

Drinking too needs to be fairly slow. Since you can get sick from drinking too quickly even when you have drunk recently. Also, do not drink sodas, tea, ECT first thing.

Begin by drinking water and juice as that is what hydrates you.

As for sleeping my best advice is to contact the doctor.

Try a piece of dry bread or some dry toast soup will probably be good try chicken noodle or tomato or something. Crackers would probably be a good one too then transition your self to more "real" foods. For the sleeping part the most common reason for this to happen is stress take a hot bath or read a book do something that relaxes you, you could also drink a cup of tea.

Aye, I'd start with something plain to eat, like dry toast 'cause you can nibble on it rather than have to scoff. Plus, pour a glass of lemonade (not diet) and let it go flat, then sip that. It's full of sodium ions and sugar, and when it's flat it acts like an isotonic which settles your stomach and rehydrates you really fast (hangover cure )

For the sleeping thing, see your doctor - I was given some relaxation tapes to help me sleep when I had heart problems, but they really do help 'cause it taches you to relax in any situation, not just getting to sleep.

It sounds like you need to take it easy and get yourself back into the routine nice and slowly - have you talked to your friends/parents about it? 'Cause they might be able to support you and encourage you to start eating again.
I used to suffer horrible anxiety about eating, and I found that reading a book or watching a movie with something to eat in my hand made me nibble at it unconsciously, 'cause it took my mind off the task itself. It might also help to try listing things that might have made you feel this way, then we can help you get round it

Hope this helps, good luck!

Just a hop, skip and a jump.

Saltines. They are a good way to inch yourself into eating again. And lots of water!!
