So many things are going on and idk what to do!

Hey all i really didnt know where to pplace this thread. So many things are going on in my life rite now. My parents are constantly arguing and they are even divorced but still argue and putting me in the middle of it. And my ex gf who im still very close to we talk on the phone and txt she lives 3-4 hours away so dont get to see each other much. She was in a massive amount of pain in her abdomen and she went and had surgery today she had systs on her ovaries they were removing them and she has endometriosis so bad they burned some away and are putting her on a shot for 6 months to help and get rid of it. But they said they might have to do a hystreactamie on her if nothing helps. I dont know what to do!!! I have no idea how to help her i cant physically see her to try and help. Ive been texting her and talking to her. What am i supposed to say or do to help? she may never have children!!! She has a hole in her stomach and is in a massive amount of pain and has been for the past month or 2. Someone please help i have no idea what to do!!!!!!!

That's really crappy about your parents. They shouldn't be putting you in the middle of their arguments. Stay out of it as much as you can.
My friend went through something similar. I know what it's like to constantly worry and feel helpless. It'll be hard but she'll get through it. Don't jump to those worst case scenario conclusions. There's a good chance those won't happen. Doctors just have to explain everything, just in case.
Just remind her you're always there for her. I'm sure she realizes you're doing everything you can. Also, what really helped my friend was when I brought her ice cream
3 or 4 hours away isn't too bad. There's no way you can go visit for a day or 2?

No i cant my parents took my car away that wasnt in my name its in my dads name. So my mom forced him to take it from me...that is my only way up there

Theres alot that can be done to treat endometriosis,though it's not curable.
If the endometrial tissue grows back they can always do another laparoscopy in a year or so and burn it away again.
There's the lupron injection which will put her body into a temporary menopausal state which will prevent the tissue from growing back.It usually lasts 6 months.
Birth control has also been known to work.
And some claim changing their diet helped to decrease the pain they were having.
