I dated a guy who had Sleep Apnea, he went through the Sleep Clinic to get tested and everything.
The Pharmacist suggested to him that because of the lack of energy, he should get some extra Vitamin B12. So, maybe ask your doctor if it'll cause any complications to take the B12. It's not the end of the world, as long as you follow your doctor's suggestions to help make it manageable.

My uncle has sleep apnea and he uses a special air pump thing to help him sleep properly. That can make you more energetic during the day because you'd be getting a proper sleep.

My dad has sleep apnea and also uses the CPAP machine. He'll stop breathing in the night, for minutes some times and then i guess his body will jerk and he'll start breathing again. it's definitely manageable. my dad says the machine can be annoying, but it makes sure he's always breathing at night
