I think i have Pink eye

I dont know if you remember my previous post about my eye being red, at first i thought it was allergies but now its all redder than ever and it twitches a lot and im freaking out. what are the symptoms of pink eye? what causes it? ohh and now my other eye its a little bit red too, but thats how the other one first started.

Pink eye usually involves the redness and itching. If there isn't any itching, it's possible it's more allergies or some kind of other infection.

Your best bet would be to visit your doctor as soon as possible.

According to a Google Health article on pink eye, the symptoms of pink eye are:

• Blurred vision
• Crusts that form on the eyelid overnight
• Eye pain
• Gritty feeling in the eyes
• Increased tearing
• Itching of the eye
• Redness in the eyes
• Sensitivity to light

and the causes are:

• Allergies (allergic conjunctivitis)
• Bacteria
• Certain diseases
• Chemical exposure
• Chlamydia
• Fungi
• Parasites (rarely)
• Use of contact lenses (especially extended-wear lenses).

Like Steph said, you should definitely visit the doctor, since none of us can see your eye and we can't give a medical diagnosis. I know that when my boyfriend got pink eye recently, his main symptoms were that his eye was extremely red, swollen, got kind of crusty after sleeping, and was generally in pain and it ended up going away on it's own after a few days. Since it sounds like it's spreading to both eyes and isn't really improving, you really should see a doctor so you can get some treatment and advice.
