Yes there are medications to help you. You need to speak to a doctor to get them. They tend to be a bit on the expensive side, I suggest going to a psychaitrist (if possible). And you should definetely be talking to someone about this, if you haven't been already.

They told me not to reply but I am going to quickly and they tell me I'm stupid and worthles, which is true, but sometimes it gives me headachs and makes me confused. They tell me I musn't tell anyone

As the others said, you need to see a doctor. Even if the voices are trying to stop you. You could really hurt yourself, and I don't want that to happen. You're not stupid or worthless, and the sooner you get to a doctor, the sooner the voices will go away. Be strong. Strong as you can. No matter what they tell you, none of it's true, and you'll be safer if you go to a doctor than if you continue listening to them. Take care. I really hope you get this sorted out.
