Really embarrassing -
August 30th 2010, 04:03 AM
I'm 20 years old and female, and I seem to have this small spot on the left side of my chin growing facial hair .__. It's just this small area, and it will continue to grow if I don't shave it off. So I've been taking my razor that I use to shave my legs with and so forth (I change blades of course and it's a Venus Vibrance) but it's just always irritated and I constantly seem to have some pimples there.
I have very blond almost transparent body hair so it's not noticeable unless you touch it, so I do try to keep it shaved. But I feel like with the pimples it just draws attention to it, and I feel embarrassed because girls aren't supposed to get facial hair that constantly needs to be shaved. It grows and feels like men's facial hair would =\ I wanted to know if anyone could suggest what I can do with the pimples around the area and if any other females had this issue .__. |

You should pluck the hair. It the hair stay gone longer.
For the pimples... Hmm... Concealer. Geek? Nerd? More like intellectual badass. ![]() "You ran through Africa, and Asia, and Indonesia.. And now I've found you, and I love you. I want to know your name." |

As Holly said, plucking would be better to do. I'm not sure, but I'm thinking it might not be acne that you're getting and is sort of like razor burn. (Red bumps that appear to be acne.) Although, I don't know and if it is acne then I suggest using acne washes and pads. Like the ones from Nutrogena or Clearasil.

maybe you could speak to your doctor and see what your doctor says your doctor might be able to prescribe something that could help
