constantly lightheaded - October 4th 2010, 02:38 PM

For the past week, ive been feeling really lightheaded/off balance. I've been to the doctors twice, they've checked everything, my blood pressures normal, im not anemic, my eyes ears and throat are all ok. They've given me two types of tablets for dizziness which don't seem to help at all. It gets worse when i sit or lay down. It feels as if my heads floating all the time Its really getting me down because i can't do anything, i can't go to work cos my work is physical and it just makes me feel so dizzy. I don't know what to do or whats causing it. The doctor said it could be the inner ear which is labrinthitis or something like that. I just want it to go so i can get on with my life properly does anyone have any suggestions?

It could be blood sugar, have you been eating enough? I know when I don't eat breakfast, or skip a meal, I get very lightheaded and shaky. The same goes if you're not getting enough fluids.
Another thing is your back. I regularly go to the Chiropractor, and get my back adjusted. If I don't go for awhile, my back is out of line, and the nerves my spine is pushing on, makes me lightheaded. You said you do physical labor, so something could be pushing on a nerve.
Hope that helps!

But those sequins on her dress.. boy, they threw you over the edge.

Maybe it's your diet? You might be eating some things that aren't that good for you which could be making you feel like this. Try eating a bit healthier to see if that makes any difference.

Take care
