Sentinel Pile... - February 23rd 2009, 12:56 AM

So this is kind of gross and embarrassing, but a few months ago around october, I think, I had this problem of every time I would go to the bathroom there would be blood with my stool. Not a lot, but enough to freak me out a bit. I brushed it off and it reoccurred for perhaps two weeks, then went away. Well, I looked it all up and it seemed to be an anal fissure... and since then I've had a reoccurring sentinel pile. Well I was just wondering, it goes away and comes back with some stinging and sometimes blood on the paper (only a little bit)... they're supposed to be naturally healing but I was just wondering when does it go away and just end? Like heal up completely?

I love the name of honour more than I fear death.

Hi Phineas,

I have to say, im not say when this will get better. I think the best thing you could do is see your doctor. I know it might be embarrassing but your health is the most important thing. You dont know, it is possible that you need treatment for it and it won't get better on its own. It is not wise to make a self diagnosis off the internet, for one thing you might wrong

Hope this helps
