I've been having trouble sleeping lately. It's almost like I've developed this one sleep disorder one friend mentioned to me... I forget the name if it at the moment. It could also be due to the stress I've been having. I've also been very depressed recently, to the point of suicide... twice. I don't know.
Sometimes, I do take a melatonin and it helps, but I take other pills too and then I feel like they are stuck in my throat. Plus, one of my meds kinda makes me want to be sick.
I can be very sleepless and I can sometimes stay up for about 36 hours straight....
I now actually have three questions when I originally had only one...
What can I do to swallow the pills better? I already take it with liquids.
What can I do if one of my meds keep making me sick?
What are some ways, other than pills, that can help me get to sleep?
