Always warm? - February 24th 2009, 05:52 PM

When I'm walking in the cold at lunch time, I always seem to get really warm. It's not that I'm physically exhausted, I just get really warm, is it because I have good blood circulation or something? lol

Hi Faith

I cant tell you why you feel warm when its cold. Some people are just naturally like that. If you are really worried about it though, i would suggest talking to your doctor about it or a school/college nurse.

I know its not something to worry about, its just annoying when I look like I've walked through a desert everytime I walk in a room.

Has it always been like that? There is an area of your brain that regulates your blood temperature and for different people it's set slightly differently. I can be cold in over 30 degree C temperatures.

Perhaps you should speak to your doctor?
I'm the complete opposite, I can't cope with the cold and I'm always cold.
Everyone's different.

Don't worry some persons are getting warm when they walking. it is not a serious problem. my body is also warm when i m walking. ya this is caused by your good blood circulation. can you take hot things? this is the another reason.
