Tummy Pain - February 26th 2009, 09:55 PM

Recently I've noticed I've started getting stomach pain whenever I eat bread based products (such as pizza and stuff)-and chips give me sore stomach some times too.

I thought it was eating at night that caused these problems but if I eat a sandwich at lunchtime, I'll get a sore stomach afterwards and just feel really bloated and ill for a while until I lie down and rest for a while.

I've never had any issues with my stomach and have generally been very lucky in being able to eat what I want. Its incredibly annoying, not to mention painful.

Does anyone know what this could be? And how to prevent it?

My brother and my uncle both have Colitis...and I really hope its not linked to this.

If you're really concerned about it youshould see a doctor.
It could be the shape, heat, maybe a seasoning in the pizza or chips.

This sounds like a gluten (wheat) intolerence or celiac disease, but no one can tell you what it is if they are not a doctor. Get it checked out!
