My first instincts are NSAIDs (asprin, ibuprofen), icy hot gel, and cracking it once or twice. However, if the pain is severe or doesn't go away, getting a chiropractor did wonders for my chronic upper back pain

Loads of love,
Emily

Sounds like it might be linked to the fibromyalgia. Talk to your doctor next time you see them and mention the pain, unless it gets significantly worse, in which case i'd seek medical advice sooner. In the mean time, take painkillers when you need them, particularly anti inflametory ones, ibuprofen etc. Using heat pads or hot water bottles can be helpful, or ice as well. Alternating hot and cold is something that i find helpful for pain.
