Is it true that certain food can affect your mood?

Lately I've been so depressed and blah-feeling.


What can I eat to make myself..feel better?


make sure your face is clean now.

It basically says..
Oatmeal
Walnuts
Tea
Salmon
Lentils

I have also heard that eating regularly, like every 4 to 5 hours is good for keeping your mood up. Also, vitamin D and folic acid.

Also, personally chocolate always makes me feel better!
