Are you using/taking any method of contraception? Sometimes, the pill and other hormonal things have some side effects.
How about your nutrition? If you eat to spicy, or drink to much soda and/or cold water, it might affect your periods. I'd say that having nausea during or after period is somehow normal, but if you think something is wrong, you should talk to your mom and/or your doctor. I also think that some medication helps against period's side effect. Forever and Always . ![]() |

If the nausea has only recently been occurring then I suggest seeing a doctor since changes in the menstrual cycle like this shouldn't be ignored. It's also difficult for us to tell you with certainty what the cause of the nausea is so going to the doctor would let you know what exactly is causing this.
In the meantime avoiding strong smells and sipping cold water when you feel nauseous could help reduce the feelings of nausea. Also, nibbling on crackers could help too. Take care

The pill may be able to help so that's an option you could speak to the doctor about but keep in mind one of the common side effects of the pill is nausea.
Your doctor would be able to tell you what other remedies are available
