Re: Weird Energy During Nighttime? -
April 25th 2011, 12:17 PM
Yes, lots of people go through this. There is a way to treat this though. Practice going to bed earlier. Even though you don't feel tired, you will eventually fall asleep. Your sleep pattern is completely off track. Once you get into the habit of falling asleep during the night, you won't have any problems. Do this for a week or so. Just try to get to bed an hour earlier everyday, until you get to your target bedtime. Try to not have lots of caffeine in your diet. Along with that, don't eat a lot of foods that contain sugar. If you can't sleep, do not go on the computer, or watch television. They will stimulate your mind to stay awake. Make sure everything is off your bedroom. If you still experience problems, talk to your doctor. He might diagnose you with some sort of sleep disorder. He should be able to further help you. I understand how irritating this is. Not being able to sleep at night. Daytime drowsiness really sucks.
