I have cuts on my legs, a lot. Some from a few days to a few weeks. It is incredibly sore and itchy. Some are really red around the edges but I have just seen lots o little spot kind of things and I was wondering what this is?

Could be a touch of infection, but if you've been itching sometimes it draws blood up to the skin and you get little red dots - like when you graze something and it doesn't bleed? Or it could even be heat rash - depends on if you've been covering up lots.
I'd say put some savlon/sudocrem/antiseptic on, let them get plenty of air, and if it gets worse, see your doc. ![]() Just a hop, skip and a jump. |

I agree with Jo. But if it doesn't get any better or gets worse I would definitely see your doctor about it.

I also agree with Jo. It could just be the way they are healing or you could have something in them but it sounds like an infection. If there is no change in a few days see your dr and they should give you antibiotics and it'll be fine. Don't leave it too long if there is no improvement or serious damage could be done.
