In Pain... please help...

Ugh this shit never seems to stop... so now on top of my cold that never goes away, I apparently have a minor (but painful) eye infection too.

But I'm also experiencing pain in my urethra right now... this has happened before to me, it happens rarely but it comes every once in a while. My urethra will feel like its burning constantly, even more so when I urinate. My muscles down there also seem to constantly flex, so it's like I'm trying to constantly pee, and in result I have to go to the bathroom very frequently.

Last time this happened could have been well over a year ago, like I said it rarely happens, and when it does happen it's usually gone the next day. But shit I'm in pain... I'm so scared I won't be able to sleep tonight so it'll go away, with the cold giving me congestion and cough and the eye infection giving me pain, and this on top, I don't know how I'm going to manage to sleep

By the way, I'm a virgin and I've never had thrush or anything like that... I haven't eaten anything unusual and done nothing but rest today. I also seemed to have a bit of a stomach ache after I ate anything today, if you think that might have anything to do with it... I know you guys probably can't really help me with this, but please if you have any ideas say so, I'm in so much pain... what the hell is wrong with me???

Please don't take this question the wrong way, but are you really a virgin, or "technically"? You can still get an STD through skin to skin contact, even without body fluid exchange. I believe you, but your symptoms really sound like an STD so I want to make sure.

You might also have a parasite. I don't know what kind of environment in which you live, but you might want to thoroughly check yourself for ticks, scabies, etc...All in all, your really need to see a doctor.

As far as sleeping tonight goes. I have a piece of advice for you, but it'll only work if you're a girl. Wear a pad to bed so you don't have to worry about wetting yourself. Also, Nyquil. Definitely take some Nyquil.

No worries about the question, I've never even kissed anyone or touched anyone sexually. My environment is quite clean, I live in a good and clean house and neighbourhood, so I doubt it's anything like that.

I'll definitely wear the pad, but I'm not sure if it will work in any case... the thing with this is that I can almost never pee anywhere where I'm not at a toilet, it's just a mental habit thing... I've actually tried to urinate before while not on a toilet and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't. It's like I'm so used to it and trained to do it that I can't do otherwise. But the problem with this is that it will constantly bug me, and as a result I'll probably be up all night (I also have a huge problem with sleeping while having to go to the bathroom at the same time).

I don't have Nyquil and probably shouldn't take it anyways since I already have so many other meds I'm taking for this cold, but I do have a cold medicine that has a sedative in it so hopefully that will help. Thanks for the suggestions, I really appreciate it!

The pain has thankfully died down a bit, now it's a bit more bearable and if I distract myself I can handle it, but it seems to get worse after I urinate. I'm just praying I can sleep tonight and that it will be gone tomorrow

Thank god, the pain is gone... I had one hell of a time trying to sleep though. If anyone has any ideas about this though, I'd still appreciate hearing it so that maybe I can do something about it next time it comes around.
