Subluxations -
May 13th 2011, 02:49 PM
I keep havIng shoulder subluxations where my shoulder comes out a bit and then goes back in. I had two yesterday. :/
1. How do I make it stop hurting? 2. How do I prevent it from happening? I've been to physical therapy and it didn't help at all. |

Okay, I'm not entirely sure what subluxations are but I googled them and couldn't find much but does joint hyper mobility mean the same thing?
If so, then I can totally give you an answer but if not then ask your doctor

Joint hyper mobility makes subluxations much more prevalent. I do have joint hyper mobility and I'm pretty sure I have type 3 EDS.
