Discharge - March 9th 2009, 10:12 PM

Hey there

Basically since i can remember i've had a vaginal infection, last week i got it sorted out, with a course of antibiotics. Back then my discharge was quite thick, yellowy in colour with a pungent smell there was also an excess of it.

Now I still have a lot of discharge, if not more. This is white in colour, a little creamy, it doesn't have a particular odour. There is so much of it, that if I wear thin trousaurs, my school trosusars for example, i find wet patches on the fabric or on seats i've sat on, obviously, this is a litte embarassing

Is this normal? And does anyone else have this problem? And any soultions?

I think the discharge is fine and many girls get it. As long is it is clear/milky white colour and there is no smell/itchiness i think you are fine.

If your worried about it though, go back and talk to your GP. Everything sounds fine to me though. There is no way to stop discharge, although if its particularly heavy you can wear pantyliners for it.

As stated, as long as there is no longer a smell and it is clear or milky in colour it is normal. I would suggest wearing panty liners, and if you find that does not help you see your doctor again.
