Just looking for ideas on exercise. - March 15th 2009, 08:01 AM

I really like the feeling of pushing my body. I like being sore and the recovery period after than. I like pushing it until i get dizzy. It feels great to wake up in the morning and find out that it hurts my abs to laugh and have to struggle to get my hands high enough in the air wash my hair.

The problem is that I hate working out. What are some things I can do to get a really intense workout without feeling like I'm working out?

With spring coming I think I should be able to get outside quite a bit more.

I know music and thinking about bad memorys spikes adrenaline which in the end spikes your performance which would mean you wouldn't feel so exhausted or drained.

And biking to your girlfriends house, stuff like that is good exercise.
