breaking out - August 25th 2011, 01:27 PM

There's always that time of the month where my face will break out, and the rest of the time its clear.

When does all of that stop? When you're done with puberty? I'm 17, so yeah. UHGHGHUGHHGUHGHUGH

Most females notice changes in their skin throughout their menstrual cycle, so you're certainly not alone with this.

I'm not sure at what age it stops, if ever.

It probably depends on each individual.

I'm 22 and still get breakouts right before my period starts.

It really differs from person to person as to when it will stop. Since your 17, you are still a teenager and are still getting changes from hormones. Breaking out can take awhile to stop, but just hang in there and use a good facial cleanser
Birth control can help, so thats always something to consider.

And here you are living, despite it all.

My mum's 45 and she still gets the odd spot or two before periods I think it all depends on the person really =/

There's always light at the end of a tunnel, even if you have to pass a few bends to see it.
